Privacy Policy

About Us

Anxiety-free Life Ltd (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) collects and processes your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy applies both to visitors to our website and marketing funnels, and to clients enrolled in our coaching programs, and explains how, why and when we process your personal data.

Information We Collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and WhatsApp number;

• Payment and billing information processed through our payment providers;

• Information you share with us during coaching sessions, calls, or in our community/WhatsApp group;

• Information about your computer or device, including browser type and IP address, when you visit our website or funnels;

• Enrolment and progress information within our client management system.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to: provide and deliver our coaching services to you; process payments; communicate with you about your program, calls, and community group; respond to enquiries; and, where you have separately consented, send you marketing about our programs. We rely on the following lawful bases: performance of a contract (delivering the coaching program you have enrolled in), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and improving our services), and consent (marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time).

We will never disclose, share or sell your data other than as set out in this policy, or unless required to do so by law.

Tools & Third-Party Processors

To deliver our services, we use a number of third-party tools which process personal data on our behalf, including: WhatsApp (client community group and messaging), a CRM and client management platform, Wise and Starling Bank (payment processing), Google Meet (coaching calls), and Screencast-O-Matic (session recordings, where applicable). Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the provider's participation in a recognised adequacy framework or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Rights

You have the right to access personal information that we process about you. You can request information about:

• What personal data we hold about you;

• The purposes of the processing;

• The categories of personal data concerned;

• The recipients to whom the personal data has or will be disclosed;

• How long we intend to store your personal data for;

• If we did not collect the data directly from you, information about the source.

You may also request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate data, or that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual reason we may need to retain it (for example, financial records). You may exercise these rights by writing to us at Anxiety-free Life, Flat 15, 1 Maud Chadburn Place, London, SW4 9DY, or by emailing kevin@anxietyfreelife.co.uk. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting on any request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.

Sharing and Disclosing Your Personal Information

We do not sell or pass your personal information to third parties, other than the processors described above who help us deliver our services, or where required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation (for example, a court order). If we undergo a re-organisation or are sold to a third party, your personal information may be transferred to that entity, subject to the terms of this policy.

Safeguarding Measures

We use industry-standard TLS encryption to protect data in transit, and our website and management systems are covered by HTTPS. Please note that communications over the internet, such as email, are not secure unless separately encrypted, and we cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised access or loss of personal information beyond our control.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal information for as long as you are engaged with our services, and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted, other than where we are legally required to retain it.

Cookie Notice

Our website uses cookies to help it function properly and to improve the user experience. Most browsers allow you to restrict or block cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use certain parts of our website. Advertising & Tracking (Meta/Facebook)

With your permission, our website and funnels use Meta's (Facebook's) advertising and pixel tools, which allow us to measure the performance of our advertising and, where enabled, show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. Data collected through this tool is processed by Meta in accordance with its own data use policy, available at facebook.com/about/privacy. You can manage your ad preferences directly with Meta via facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences.

Policy Changes

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, and we will not use previously submitted personal information in a way that is materially inconsistent with the policy in place at the time it was collected, without your consent.
